This home had been the original carriage house to the mansion on the hill and had been moved to sit in the midst of a sprawling lawn. Many additions had been built, but all lacked the details of the original Victorian.
First, a garage was converted into a family room and a new two car garage was built along with an inviting porch. A master suite, rear staircase, bedrooms and baths were built.
Later, a new media room with vaulted ceilings and ballet studio below, a kitchen, breakfast-computer area and office were built. Meticulous attention was paid to details and materials to make the house, once again, a Victorian jewel.
