A young couple loved the look and charm of their gambrel, colonial home, but it was just too small. The renovation had to be carefully designed to seamlessly blend old with new.
The gambrel line was extended and duplicated. The walls of the existing dormers were raised to gain head room with the original dormers replicated in the new family room over a new three car garage.
